The registration desk will be set up near Room 325. The desk will be operational during the following times:

Paper sessions will be conducted in Room 325 as per the schedule.
Attendees are requested to ensure their posters are mounted and unmounted at the beginning and by the end of the times provided below.
Posters for workshops can be mounted during the specific workshop timings within each workshop room location. The posters should be mounted and dismounted within the workshop timings or the following times (workshop timings taking precedence):

Authors of RSS 2023 Demo papers will also have the opportunity to demonstrate the robotics technology highlighted by their contributions during the early afternoon coffee break (2:30pm to 3pm) on the day that their demo paper is presented.
